About Us
Azvant Ramzi & Partners (“ARP”) is a Jakarta-based boutique law firm established in January 2022. The establishment of ARP is supported by experience and legal services and assistance for the past one decade.
Formed by Azvant Ramzi Utama, S.H., M.H., as the founding and Managing Partner, ARP Law Firm serves a wide range of legal assistance, both in public and private law including corporations. Advocates and Legal Consultants who are members of ARP can provide excellent, energetic and responsive services and assistance for Clients because they are young Advocates who have passion and experience. In addition, the Advocates at ARP as members of the Indonesian Advocates Association (“Peradi”), always maintain code of ethics and uphold professionalism in providing every service and legal assistance for Clients.
The purpose of the establishment of ARP is as a form of our passion to be able to provide services and assistance that lead to effective and efficient legal solutions for Clients.
The experience of Advocates at ARP in handling legal issues both in the civil realm, through judicial and extrajudicial settlements and resolution of criminal matters through law enforcement agencies has formed a network of cooperation so that these good relationships can produce maximum results for Clients in the process of handling legal problems.

Our Team
Azvant Ramzi Utama, S.H., M.H.
As Managing Partner, Azvant Ramzi Utama has been practicing law since 2011. He received his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2009 from Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta and his Master of Laws degree majoring in Business Law in 2021 from Pelita Harapan University Jakarta.
Prior to establish ARP, Azvant joined at another Law Firm starting from the level of Associate until he reached the Partner level in 2018. Azvant has a wide range of practice in both public and private law including corporate and administrative law.
During his tenure since 2011, Azvant has been involved in many “high profile” cases, both individuals and foreign and domestic corporations.
Redynal Saat, S.H., M.H.
With more than 20 years of experience in the legal services, Redynal has a deep mastery of the law, especially related to cases regarding Intellectual Property Law, Civil and Criminal law.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2003 from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, he then took his Master of Laws from the same university and graduated in 2011.
Apart from being an Advocate registered with Peradi, Redynal is also registered as an IPR Consultant.
Rizky Bayu Perdana, S.H., LL.M
Bayu practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and corporate investigations, as well as complex commercial and civil litigation. He is a finalist of Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year for the ALB Indonesia Law Award 2021 and 2022.
Graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran with a Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor of Laws) and Georgetown Law, Washington, D.C., with an LL.M., with a certificate in international arbitration and dispute settlement. He was completing his LL.M. by doing an internship at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in Washington, D.C., in corporate investigations and white-collar defense practice group. He gained unique experiences on international white-collar crime, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) violations.
Bayu advises numerous major national and international companies in anti-corruption and compliance; representing and providing full legal services to individuals and companies in white-collar criminal defense, from investigations to trials and complex litigation.
Melissa Christianes, S.H., M.H.
Melissa Christianes started her career as Education and Training Staff for the Indonesia City Council Association (Asosiasi DPRD Kota Seluruh Indonesia – ADEKSI) as well as Administrative Staff for the Indonesia Regional Government Association (Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh Indonesia – APKASI).
She earned her first bachelor’s degree in Information System from Gunadarma University in West Java. While working in ADEKSI, she continued her education in law study at Krisnadwipayana University in Jakarta and became a Bachelor of Law. She started her professional career in the fields of law in 2008 as a Junior Associate who also handled finances at Alfonso & Partners Law Office. Due to her strong desire to learn and continue to improve self-quality, Melissa continued her education and earned a master’s degree in Law from Krisnadwipayana University.
Melissa has strong experiences in handling Civil and Criminal cases, especially Corruption Crimes. Melissa was also part of the Advocacy Team for the Presidential and Regional Legislative Election.
